Las Vegas/Henderson, NV; Onsite- School Setting Position Summary School-based physical therapists help students improve mobility and physical function so they can fully participate in the classroom and throughout the school environment.

Shift:
Shift details: School Day Schedule Hours per week: 15 hours per month Contract length: School Year Key Duties Interpret physician orders related to professional area of responsibility Assess gross motor skills and therapeutic equipment needs of students Develop, implement, monitor, and modify treatment plans based on physician orders and assessment of student as appropriate Complete IEP, MET, Medicaid and treatment forms/reports Maintain treatment/progress notes and Medicaid documentation per professional standards Train Paraprofessionals/PTAs on various student plans Regular and predictable attendance Requirements Licenses & Certifications- Licensed Physical Therapist

- NV Driver's License
