Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and functional capabilities Develop and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based physiotherapy techniques such as trigger point therapy, orthopedics, neurology interventions, and geriatrics care Manage discharge planning to ensure seamless transition from hospital or inpatient settings to home or community care environments Document all patient interactions accurately following clinical documentation standards and maintain detailed records in electronic health records (EHR) or electronic medical records (EMR) systems Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals such as physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and social workers to optimize patient outcomes Provide patient education on injury prevention, exercise routines, and post-treatment care to promote long-term health benefits Assist in outpatient rehabilitation programs focusing on orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and geriatrics to support diverse patient needs Qualifications Valid licensure or certification as a licensed Physical Therapist in the respective region or country Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and clinical documentation standards Proficiency in managing outpatient rehabilitation centers and outpatient clinic workflows using EMR/EHR systems Demonstrated ability to develop effective treatment plans for patients with orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, or pediatric needs Excellent client communication skills to educate patients and families effectively while fostering a compassionate environment Join us to make a meaningful difference through innovative physiotherapy practices!
