We are seeking an enthusiastic Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team of skilled health care professionals at our skilled nursing facility in Amityville ! Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide rehabilitation services and complete Evaluations/Screens. Develop and improve the skills needed for the daily functioning of residents. Accurately completes and documents all treatment procedures and functional mobility tasks in a timely manner. Provide education on selected treatment procedures and functional activities to patients, their families, and other healthcare providers. Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.

Qualifications:
