Join our dynamic healthcare team as a dedicated Physical Therapist. We are seeking a flexible, team-oriented clinician with strong communication and critical thinking skills rooted in evidence-based research. This position offers a stable Saturday schedule with excellent opportunities to expand your hours into other days of the week if desired. We welcome experienced clinicians and encourage enthusiastic new graduates with relevant clinical rotations to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care:
Evaluate patients, formulate objective goals, and develop tailored treatment plans.
Clinical Execution:
Implement evidence-based therapy programs in accordance with MD protocols.
Collaboration:
Coordinate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
Documentation:
Prepare and maintain highly accurate clinical notes in a timely manner.
Professional Growth:
Attend and participate in required educational meetings and conferences.
Mentorship & Innovation:
Assist with student and volunteer education while facilitating new program development.
Experience:
Outpatient therapy experience is preferred.
Clinical Skills:
Strong foundation in evidence-based research and critical thinking.
Attributes:
Excellent interpersonal communication and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, NYS License.
Salary:
$42.00-$46.00/hour, Full-time, Exempt
