Job DescriptionMetro PT is looking for a motivated, compassionate, forward-thinking Clinical Director to support our Ridgewood clinic. If you're an experienced Physical Therapist ready to take the next step forward in your career, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:
Lead the clinical and financial operations of the clinic, including meeting or exceeding operational performance metric goals.

Mentor and coach staff clinicians and non-clinical teammates in the clinic.

Cultivate relationships with the community, patients, and referral sourcesGrow the clinic through marketing efforts in collaboration with Metro's sales and marketing departmentsDevelop customized plans of care based the most up-to-date, evidence-based practices and treatmentsProvide timely communication with referral sources.

Oversee patient and teammate schedules to ensure care completionComplete daily patient care, progress and discharge notes in a timely mannerSet and achieve professional goals and career growthQualificationsPhysical Therapist Program Graduate.

NY Physical Therapist License.3+ years of experience treating as a licensed Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting.

Strong leadership qualities is a must
