Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Physical Therapist to manage an independent caseload within an established practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a PT interested in building their own practice style while benefiting from the stability, resources, and support of an experienced group. You'll have the autonomy to deliver care in a way that reflects your clinical philosophy while growing professionally in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals Coordinate care with physicians and other referring providers Document patient progress and maintain timely, accurate records Independently manage a caseload while leveraging group support and resources Participate in occasional staff meetings and team collaboration Qualifications Active New York Physical Therapist license in good standing Strong clinical assessment and manual therapy skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset; interest in practice-building preferred Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams is a plus
Pay:
$72,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
