Full Job Description Physical Therapist Job Description:
Hamaspik of Kings County, Inc. is currently seeking per diem NYS Licensed Physical Therapists to provide Early Intervention services in home-based settings. We serve all 5 NYC boroughs , and are currently looking for providers in Far Rockaway , Queens , and the Five Towns area of Nassau County (Lawrence, Cedarhurst, Woodmere, Hewlett, and Inwood). Monitoring & assessing intervention effectiveness utilizing a multi-disciplinary approach. Maintaining appropriate documentation of therapy sessions and caregiver communication. Educating families and caregivers about the therapeutic process.
Physical Therapist Qualifications:
Previous experience with children who have disabilities, in the Early Intervention Excellent written & verbal communication skills Desire to improve the quality of life of children with special needs. Bilingual a plus (Yiddish and Spanish) DOH fingerprinting clearance
