Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing individualized treatment plans to promote optimal recovery and functional independence. This role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals, managing patient care across various settings, and ensuring adherence to clinical documentation standards. The ideal applicant will possess extensive experience in outpatient, inpatient, or home health environments, with a focus on geriatrics, orthopedics, neurology, pediatrics, and community care. Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions to determine appropriate treatment strategies. Develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual needs, incorporating evidence-based physiotherapy techniques. Implement therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and exercise programs to improve mobility and reduce pain. Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and discharge planning. Document all patient interactions accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems in compliance with clinical documentation standards. Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment plans accordingly to optimize outcomes. Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and home care strategies to support ongoing recovery. Requirements Valid license or certification to practice as a Physical Therapist in the relevant jurisdiction. Proven experience practicing in a physical therapy role within outpatient clinics, hospitals, or home health settings. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practice. Experience working with geriatric patients, pediatrics, orthopedics, neurology, or inpatient rehabilitation is highly desirable. Familiarity with clinical documentation standards and electronic health records (EHR/EMR systems). Ability to develop effective treatment plans based on patient assessments and clinical findings. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and interdisciplinary collaboration. Pay:
$48.00 - $55.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 40.0 per week
