Job Description
Enjoy a rewarding opportunity working as a Physical Therapist, supporting K-12 students with their growth and development throughout the full academic year. This contract, part-time position offers 15-20 hours per week and starts September 8th, 2026. You'll play a key role in empowering students to reach their fullest potential while working alongside dedicated educators in a collaborative school environment. What you'll need to succeed: Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Experience providing PT services in a school setting, preferably with K-12 aged children Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Flexibility to collaborate with educators, families, and other related service providers Commitment to student-centered, evidence-based practices Your primary responsibilities: Deliver tailored physical therapy interventions to K-12 students as indicated by IEPs or referrals Evaluate, assess, and document students' progress throughout the school year Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create supportive learning environments Coach and consult with staff regarding strategies for student mobility, access, and classroom participation Support students in achieving their educational and functional goals with compassion and creativity Maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with school and state guidelines Enjoy the satisfaction of making a meaningful difference each day in children's lives.
