Job Description
## Overview We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients recover from injuries and improve their overall physical well-being. This position is in an outpatient clinic setting. ## Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals
- Implement therapeutic exercises and activities to improve mobility and function
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care techniques ## Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Experience in areas such as orthopedics, post-op care, acute care, pediatrics, geriatrics, and outpatient settings is preferred. Utilization of manual skills
- Ability to work effectively with patients of all ages and backgrounds
