Key Responsibilities As an integral member of our therapy team, your responsibilities will include: Conducting thorough patient evaluations to assess physical functioning and develop effective, individualized treatment plans. Utilizing evidence-based manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise programs, and functional training methods to promote recovery. Providing thorough patient education on rehabilitation strategies, including techniques for injury prevention and home exercise programs. Tracking patient progress and modifying treatment plans based on outcomes and feedback. Collaborating closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care. Documenting patient interactions and progress in compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements. Patient Population / Client Focus You will primarily work with a diverse population of patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders.
