Qualifications:

Current PT licensure in the state of New York is required Experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare physical therapy settings preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Comfort working with preschool and elementary school populations Adaptability with diverse student needs and caseloads

Responsibilities:

Deliver physical therapy services to students as outlined in their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and document progress Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support each students functional and educational goals Provide consultation and education to school personnel and caregivers as needed Maintain accurate records and reports in accordance with school policies and regulations Manage a consistent schedule: 35 hours across 5 days per week
