Job Description
Pain Physical Therapist New York (NYC), NY 10010 Contract 1 opening 10/5/2026 - 10/4/2027 1 opening $65.00 per hour (estimated) Apply Refer $3,561.60 rewards Overview Due 9/15/2026 This full-time role offers an opportunity to provide specialized physical therapy services to Veterans with chronic pain. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary Pain Management team using your clinical skills to improve patient function and quality of life. The position includes a regular weekday schedule with mostly direct patient care and a mix of onsite and telehealth services. Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical and functional evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Treat patients with chronic pain and related functional conditions including musculoskeletal, neurologic, cardiovascular, and pulmonary
- Provide therapeutic exercise, rehabilitation, patient education, and functional restoration
- Evaluate adaptive equipment, prosthetics, positioning, and other functional needs
- Provide home programs and education to support continued progress
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary Pain Management team
- Document patient progress, treatment, and outcomes in electronic medical records
- Provide services onsite and through approved telehealth services Schedule and Shift Details
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM schedule Travel
