Responsibilities include:

Provide individualized physical therapy services to infants and toddlers Address gross motor development, mobility, balance, strength, coordination, and functional movement Provide services in accordance with each child's Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) Work with parents and caregivers to incorporate therapeutic strategies into everyday routines Monitor each child's progress and adjust interventions as appropriate Collaborate with families, Service Coordinators, and other Early Intervention professionals Complete required session documentation and progress reports in accordance with Early Intervention requirements

Qualifications Required:

Current New York State Physical Therapist (PT) license Ability to provide in-person services in children's homes and community settings Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred, but not required: Pediatric or Early Intervention experience Newer Physical Therapists and experienced Early Intervention providers are both encouraged to apply.
