Desired Qualifications and Experience:

Licensed Physical Therapist with valid credentials Previous experience providing PT services in school settings is a plus Skilled in developing individualized therapy plans for children and adolescents Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with educators, staff, and families Strong commitment to promoting student growth, mobility, and purpose Ability to deliver empathetic, evidence-based care in an educational environment

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy services to students according to IEP goals and educational best practices Conduct evaluations and assessments to inform tailored treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and related service providers to ensure comprehensive support Document services, progress, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner Educate families and staff on exercises, accommodations, and strategies to encourage student participation Maintain compliance with all school policies, PT practice standards, and privacy guidelines Engage in professional development to keep therapy knowledge current What Youll Love About the
