Build Your Foundation :
Work closely with an experienced PT on clinical reasoning, evaluations, documentation, treatment planning, and caseload management. Months 2-4 |

Strengthen clinical decision-making through continued mentorship, case discussions, and exposure to specialty areas that interest you. Months 4-6 |
Build Your Practice :
Transition toward greater independence while identifying long-term clinical interests, specialty opportunities, and professional development goals. Your growth continues beyond mentorship. New graduate PTs receive $1,250 in continuing education funds, while experienced clinicians receive $1,000. You'll also have access to continuing education resources, Special Interest Groups, and experienced clinicians throughout Duly's rehabilitation network. About the Joliet (Northcreek) Team Join an established outpatient rehabilitation team supporting a variety of patient populations and specialty areas, including sports medicine, pelvic health, vestibular rehabilitation, and pediatrics. You'll work alongside PTs, OTs, PTAs, physicians, and advanced practice providers while maintaining the autonomy to provide individualized, one-on-one care.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, including two evenings per week until 7:00 PM. Last patient scheduled at 6:00 PM.
Compensation Base salary:
$77,000-$110,000 , based on experience and qualifications. This position may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus and additional financial incentives.
