! BetterCare / Northern Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our established outpatient practice serving the North Country. For more than 25 years, our clinics have provided patient-centered physical therapy care to help members of our community recover, move better, and return to the activities they enjoy. We are a stable, locally owned practice with a strong referral network and collaborative clinical team , offering an excellent opportunity for therapists who value hands-on care and meaningful patient relationships. Responsibilities Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care Provide evidence-based treatment including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and neuromuscular re-education Educate patients on recovery, injury prevention, and wellness Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent Licensed or eligible for licensure in New York State Strong communication and patient care skills New graduates welcome to apply What We Offer Flexible full-time or part-time schedules Supportive clinical team environment Opportunity to develop advanced clinical skills Competitive compensation based on experience Established patient base and strong community reputation If you are looking for a position where you can focus on quality care and make a real impact in your community, we would love to hear from you.
