Job Description

Providing services thorughout Erie, Niagara, Wyoming, Monroe, and Cattaraugus counties. Therapeutic Link for Children is one of WNYs largest providers of pediatric home & community-based therapy services. Our therapists enjoy the ability to select their own schedule and geographic preferences to smoothly fit any size caseload into their busy lives. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapists to join our team. NYS Licensed PTs are encouraged to apply. In this role, you will work with children under the auspices of the Early Intervention Program (EIP) & Committee on Preschool Special Education (CPSE) in home & community settings. You will assess and treat gross motor skills including motor milestones, developmental reflexes, muscle tone, strength, range of motion, and endurance helping children improve their motor abilities and overall quality of life. Duties
  • Conduct assessments of patients' gross motor abilities.
  • Assist in developing individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance motor skills.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support patient progress.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Provide education and resources to patients and families regarding physical therapy techniques.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes. Benefits
Fee-For-Service Pay Rates:
$44 EIP Basic Therapy Session, $40 CPSE 30-Minute Therapy Session. Additional Service Rates Available.
