Shift:
Full-Time
  • 35 hrs/wk: Monday
  • Friday; 8:30A
  • 4:30P Part-Time

$45/hr

Minimum Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy required. New York State License as a Physical Therapist required. Experience working with developmental disability population preferred. Must be fully vaccinated against

Job Responsibilities:
Provide diagnostic evaluations and re-evaluations as scheduled or assigned. Provide diagnostic evaluations and re-evaluations as scheduled or assigned. Provide recommended clinical services to participants as assigned. Participate in interdisciplinary treatment teams. Make appropriate referrals to other departments or services when indicated. Act as a resource to participants and families in regard to clinical programs by encouraging their participation in the therapeutic process through shared decision making and training. Train agency personnel in therapeutic carry-over activities and safety practices related to the therapeutic process. Maintain adequate participant records. Prepare required reports within the appropriate time frame Participate in agency opportunities for professional growth.
Physical Demands:
A physical therapist must have sufficient strength, balance and agility, to perform any necessary treatments, including lifting (we perform team lifts with two people or use the Hoyer/Invacare lift when needed). Join our Team and Make a Difference!
