Full-Time- 35 hrs/wk: Monday

Minimum Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy required. New York State License as a Physical Therapist required. Experience working with developmental disability population preferred. Must be fully vaccinated againstCOVID-19
Job Responsibilities:
Provide diagnostic evaluations and re-evaluations as scheduled or assigned. Provide diagnostic evaluations and re-evaluations as scheduled or assigned. Provide recommended clinical services to participants as assigned. Participate in interdisciplinary treatment teams. Make appropriate referrals to other departments or services when indicated. Act as a resource to participants and families in regard to clinical programs by encouraging their participation in the therapeutic process through shared decision making and training. Train agency personnel in therapeutic carry-over activities and safety practices related to the therapeutic process. Maintain adequate participant records. Prepare required reports within the appropriate time frame Participate in agency opportunities for professional growth.Physical Demands:
A physical therapist must have sufficient strength, balance and agility, to perform any necessary treatments, including lifting (we perform team lifts with two people or use the Hoyer/Invacare lift when needed). Join our Team and Make a Difference!Location :
