OVERVIEW

The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility, strength, function and overall quality of life. Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team.

REQUIREMENTS

Active New York State Physical Therapist (PT) license Minimum 1 year of recent Physical Therapist experience Current BLS certification Strong clinical, communication and documentation skills Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for this travel assignment
