Physical Therapist:
Must have a Degree in physical therapy and a valid Physical Therapist NYS license We are looking for a Physical Therapist PT who has the desire to implement high-quality Physical Therapy services. Looking for a Physical Therapist who is strong in identifying patient needs in long-term residents, a team player, and efficient with their time. New Graduates are Welcomed!
Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
Performing evaluations/screens, establish patients goals, develops individualized treatment plans, developing treatment and discharge plans Provide quality physical therapy services encompassing personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions Documenting progress toward identified objectives Overseeing Physical Therapy Assistant(s) and provides onsite supervision of treatment interventions and clinical documentation Developing and implementing new program/techniques to enhance physical therapy services. Conducting patient and family education Independently manage workflow which includes allotting time for treatment documentation of individual treatments and notes in the electronic records system Must have a degree in Physical Therapy and must be licensed.
