Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. This role is ideal for a clinician who values evidence-based care, teamwork, and meaningful patient relationships. You will work in a supportive clinical environment with reasonable caseloads, strong front-desk support, and leadership that understands the realities of patient care. Responsibilities Responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with healthcare teams, managing patient progress, utilizing advanced physiotherapy techniques, and ensuring comprehensive discharge planning. You will also engage in outpatient and clinic-based therapies, contributing to our mission of excellence in patient care. Qualifications Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the US Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology Experience with outpatient or clinic settings Proficiency with EMR systems Excellent communication and patient care skills Ability to develop effective care plans Experience with orthopedics or geriatrics is preferred Commitment to ongoing professional development.
