Physical Therapist

We are currently looking to hire a Full-Time/Part-Time Physical Therapists. Please see our expectations and requirements below. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for documenting the patient's treatment's current status during the evaluation, changes in condition, and other pertinent information as required. The successful candidate will also provide treatment and appropriate therapeutic techniques specific to the age and condition of each patient. Qualifications The following educational minimum requirements must be met by all incumbents: Registered Physical Therapist with current registration to practice in New York State. Degree from an approved/accredited program/school for Physical Therapy Professional geriatric and/or long-term care experience. Duties 1. Provides evaluation and treatments in accordance with professional standards of practice. 2. Observe precautions related to infection control and resident/patient privacy and dignity. 3. Completes all documentation in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with departmental, regulatory, and payer standards. 4. Manages direct and indirect treatment time to maintain an average of 85% productivity rate. 6. Assists in maintaining the safe operation of all equipment for the safety of patients. 7. Accurately integrates treatment knowledge into the daily education of patients and caregivers.
