from new grad to ready to retire. $0.65/ mile between patients Paid per visit along with office time . Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the home setting
• Perform assessments
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Build and manage a therapy team.
• Educate patients and families
