We are primarily located in Senior Living Facilities (Independent Living, Assisted Living, etc). We are looking for caring and compassionate team members who value their patients, team members, community, and themselves. We are looking for someone who provides physical therapy to help restore function and regain independence while reducing pain and reaching the patient's full potential. Team member will be asked to participate in related activities to support patient care, education, and operations. We look forward to you applying! Requirements Graduation from an accredited academic program in physical therapy. Requires current Physical Therapist license in the State of Ohio Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
