Schedule/Hours:
Full-time travel position (schedule details provided during interview process).
Qualifications and Experience:
Current Physical Therapy license in Ohio, or eligibility to obtain. Experience in hospital/outpatient therapy preferred. Proficiency in patient assessment, developing and modifying treatment plans, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Strong commitment to professional standards, ethical care, and patient safety. Ability to mentor students and contribute to a positive learning environment. Continued focus on self-driven professional development and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and create individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans to support functional recovery. Document all care, goals, and evaluations thoroughly and accurately in accordance with clinic, state, and federal guidelines. Educate patients, families, peers, and students on therapeutic interventions and goals. Uphold a safe environment by proactively mitigating risks and adhering to safety policies. Collaborate with colleagues to improve care quality and actively participate in performance improvement initiatives. Maintain a professional appearance, punctuality, and consistent attendance.
