We are a dynamic, multi-disciplinary practice specializing in physical medicine, functional rehabilitation, chiropractic care, regenerative treatments, and clinical wellness. We are seeking a passionate, evidence-based Physical Therapist (PT) to join our clinical team. What You'll Do & Key Responsibilities Comprehensive Patient Evaluations:
Perform detailed physical therapy evaluations, functional movement assessments, and diagnostic clinical testing to identify root-cause biomechanical dysfunction.Customized Treatment Plans:
Design and implement individual, evidence-based physical therapy programs focusing on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, movement retraining, and neuromuscular re-education.Hands-On Clinical Care:
Administer expert manual therapy techniques, joint mobilizations, soft tissue mobilization, and active rehabilitation protocols.Multidisciplinary Collaboration:
Work shoulder-to-shoulder with our Nurse Practitioners, Chiropractors, and Rehab Techs to deliver cohesive, 360-degree patient care.Patient Education & Empowerment:
Educate patients on body mechanics, posture, lifestyle modifications, and home exercise programs to foster long-term recovery and independence.Supervision & Delegation:
Provide guidance and direction to Rehab Techs and clinical assistants to ensure exercise execution and clinic flow maintain high safety and quality standards.Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in our electronic medical records (EMR) system.Qualifications Education:
Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university required.Licensure:
Active, unrestricted State of Ohio Physical Therapist license in good standing required.Experience:
Outpatient orthopedic, sports medicine, or physical medicine experience preferred (motivated new graduates with strong clinical backgrounds are encouraged to apply!).Clinical Skills:
Strong foundation in orthopedic assessment, manual therapy, functional movement screening, and active rehabilitation techniques.Mindset:
