Your Impact Premier Therapy is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist in Georgetown, OH to help residents regain strength, mobility, and confidence through individualized rehabilitation in a skilled nursing setting.
Key responsibilities include:
Evaluate residents and develop treatment plans aligned to goals and safety Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve function and independence Document care clearly and meet facility and regulatory standards Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident-centered outcomes Required qualifications/skills: Physical Therapist degree and active state licensure (or eligibility) Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills Compassionate, professional approach and comfort working with older adults If you're ready to restore mobility and improve quality of life, apply to join Premier Therapy as our PRN Physical Therapist.
