What You'll Be Doing:

Transforming stiff joints into smooth movers (no actual magic wand required… but we won't stop you) Creating personalized therapy plans that help residents get back to doing what they love Cheering on small victories (yes, standing up is a big deal!) Teaching safe mobility, balance, and strength—without sounding like a boring textbook Documenting your brilliance in EMR systems (aka typing like a healthcare wizard) Collaborating with nurses, aides, and the occasional resident who thinks they're your boss

What We're Looking For:

A licensed Physical Therapist (yes, the legal stuff matters) A heart for geriatrics and a soft spot for great stories Someone who can motivate, encourage, and occasionally out-joke a 90-year-old Strong clinical skills + stronger patience Ability to lift, move, and groove (responsibly, of course)
