Job Description
Physical Therapist
- PT Home Health, Marion, OH
- local or travel 13 weeks
Shift:
M-F
- 8am•5pm, 40 hours per week.
This is to cover our southern territory which consist of Marion, Delaware, Marysville, Kenton HCHB, Home Health and OASIS experience required!

- on-call needs are subject to change based on staff and branch needs

Qualifications:
HCHB, Oasis, and HH experience required Skills Current State License as a Physical Therapist
- Required Proof of current CPR certification
- Required Current driver's license. Must have reliable transportation and insurance
- Required 1-2 years experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting
- Required Previous home care experience
- Preferred Education Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association approved program
