POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for developing and administering physical therapy treatment programs designed to improve function, reduce pain, prevent disabilities, and promote the overall health and well-being of our patients.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provides skilled physical therapy treatment plans in accordance with the physician's orders. Establishes a physical therapy diagnosis, treatment plan and creates goals for the patient according to their evaluation. Maintains a positive level of interaction with facilities and clients. Enhances and expands client relations with facilities and their staff. Maintains patient records confidentially in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. Complies with the Pennsylvania State Physical Therapy Act, codes, and regulations.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy. Current Pennsylvania Physical therapy license or license eligible. Outpatient experience preferred, not required. CPR certification is required.
