Job Summary Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Physical Therapist and make a meaningful difference in patients' lives by restoring mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing overall well-being. In this vital role, you will assess individual needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to promote recovery across diverse patient populations. Your expertise will help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life through evidence-based practices and compassionate care. Duties Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, flexibility, and functional abilities. Develop and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and orthotics interventions in occupational therapy. Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, self-care strategies, and home exercise programs to support ongoing recovery. Operate medical equipment such as ultrasound machines, electrical stimulation devices, and other therapeutic tools safely and effectively. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists—to coordinate patient care plans. Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatments as needed to optimize outcomes in inpatient, outpatient, or post-acute care settings. Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, treatments, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Pay:
