Job Description

POSITION INFORMATION
Position summary: The Physical Therapist is responsible for delivering quality patient care and providing excellent customer service. Restores patient's functions, alleviates pain, and prevents disabilities by planning and administering medically prescribed physical therapy.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program, Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy or equivalent for licensure. Required length and type of experience: No previous work experience required. Required licensure, certification or registry: Current licensure in the state of Ohio and CPR certified.
