Location:
Saint Joe's - Sharonville, Ohio About Us Saint Joe's provides compassionate, person-centered care for individuals with developmental disabilities. Join our interdisciplinary team to make a meaningful impact on residents' daily lives and functional outcomes. What You'll Do Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy services. Collaborate with Nursing, Habilitation, and Occupational Therapy teams. Assess and support residents with range-of-motion, orthotics, braces, and adaptive equipment. Participate in Individual Plan (IP) meetings and develop resident-specific goals. Provide guidance and training to staff on therapy techniques and equipment. Support post-surgical care and monitor therapy outcomes. What We're Looking For Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy; Ohio PT license required. CPR and First Aid certified; valid driver's license. Experience with individuals with severe/profound developmental disabilities preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
