The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care. This role involves assessing patients' physical conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, and guiding patients through rehabilitation exercises to improve their mobility and overall health. A strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology is essential for success in this position. Responsibilities Evaluate patients' physical abilities and limitations through comprehensive assessments. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions to enhance mobility, strength, and function. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercises, and injury prevention strategies. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and effective discharge planning. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. Stay updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques. Provide home community care as needed to support patients' recovery in their own environments. Experience Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is preferred. Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and discharge planning is essential. Familiarity with both inpatient and outpatient physical therapy practices is advantageous. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
