We are looking for a passionate Physical Therapist who enjoys solving complex movement problems, providing hands-on care, and building lasting relationships with patients. This role offers the flexibility to start part-time while growing into a full-time position as your schedule fills, if desired. Compensation and Benefits- $55 to $65 per hour based on experience

- Perform comprehensive movement and orthopedic evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on manual therapy, soft tissue treatment, dry needling (or willingness to become certified), and corrective exercise
- Identify mobility, strength, and movement asymmetries
- Educate patients to build long-term healthy habits
- Collaborate with our team to provide an exceptional patient experience What We Are Looking For
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Ohio Physical Therapy License
- Dry needling certified, or planning to become certified
- Passion for orthopedics, sports medicine, and active populations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Growth mindset with a desire to continually learn
