Job Description
Temporary Talent Acquisition Recruiter - Part-Time/PRN Achievement Centers for Children (ACC) is seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Recruiter to provide part-time recruiting support, with a primary focus on hiring needs for North Coast Therapy Associates (NCTA). This is an onsite, hands-on recruiting role with a strong emphasis on proactive candidate sourcing . We are looking for someone who knows how to find and engage talent—not simply wait for applicants to apply. The recruiter will support positions including Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Registered Nurses, Teaching Assistants, and other priority openings. What You'll Do Proactively source and engage qualified candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, professional networks, schools, associations, referrals, and other channels. Build candidate pipelines for difficult-to-fill positions. Conduct outreach to active and passive candidates. Review applicants and conduct initial candidate screens. Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent candidate follow-up. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and identify qualified talent. Manage assigned candidates from initial contact through offer acceptance. Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Identify new and creative sourcing strategies to increase candidate flow. What We're Looking For Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience. Strong experience with candidate sourcing and proactive outreach . Ability to recruit for multiple positions simultaneously. Experience using Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, and applicant tracking systems. Strong communication, organization, and follow-through. Ability to work independently and move quickly in a high-volume recruiting environment. Experience recruiting therapy, healthcare, education, or other specialized positions is a plus.
