Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in Ohio Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly desired Comfortable supporting students across grade levels, from PreK through 12 Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit for working with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver physical therapy services and interventions onsite to a caseload of 21 students Assess student needs, develop goals, and adjust plans in coordination with IEP teams Document progress and maintain organized records in compliance with school and legal requirements Provide consultation and support to staff and families regarding student needs, equipment, and classroom modifications Act as a resource and advocate for student accessibility and functional independence within the school community
