PT:

8-30hrs/wk. Day Shift.

BLS Experience:

Open to new grads Clinicians must be willing to incorporate technology into care, including body-weight-supported gait training and virtual reality. Candidates should be proactive and focused on patient outcomes

In House therapy team, no contract companies. Approximately 12-14 patients daily. Can vary by location.

Patient Population/Common Diagnosis:

Older adults and individuals requiring short-term post-acute rehabilitation or complex dually certified skilled nursing care.

Short-Term Rehabilitation:

Most guests are recovering from acute medical events, major surgeries, or joint replacements and stay for rapid rehabilitation to return home.

Long-Term Care:

Facilities also house long-term residents who need ongoing, continuous nursing support.

High-Acuity Clinical Needs:

The patient mix includes individuals requiring specialized interventions such as orthopedic recovery, stroke recovery, cardiac care, pulmonary rehabilitation, wound care, and renal dialysis Superhero in
