This opportunity supports our outpatient teams in the Oklahoma market and across our growing network. Assignments are typically 13 weeks, although length may vary based on business needs. Full-time internal travel position Typical 13-week outpatient assignments Hourly pay plus eligible tax-free travel stipends Full-time employee benefits Reimbursement for required state licenses Opportunities to travel across H2 Health regions and states Our outpatient Physical Therapists treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, pre- and post-operative, gait and balance, and sports-related conditions. Depending on the assignment, you may also gain experience in manual therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, concussion care, prosthetic rehabilitation, and other outpatient specialties.
Your Role:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care Deliver evidence-based outpatient physical therapy Treat orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, balance, and sports-related conditions Educate patients and families throughout rehabilitation Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, and clinic teams Document care accurately and provide consistent, patient-centered care throughout each assignment
