Job Description

- Position:
- Occupational Therapist/Physical Therapist - Hand Therapist
- Location:
- 6401 NW 39th Expressway, SNU Sawyer Center, 3rd Floor, Bethany, OK 73008
- Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- Compensation: $85,000-$100,000 depending on experience
- Incentives:
- Up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus and $350 per month in uncapped student debt relief
- Select Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Hand Therapist-Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic center!
Although a certified hand therapist (CHT) is preferred, we are willing to consider occupational therapists with a level II fieldwork in hands (required). We have a network of hand therapists and CHTs available for support and are excited to mentor occupational therapists aspiring to be a CHT.

- Responsibilities

Collaboration:
- Supervise assistants and aides and contribute to case management. +
- High Standard of Care:
- Stay current and up to date with occupational therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB,clinician expertise, patient perception). +
- Personalized Treatment:
- Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment, from evaluating and creating a plan of care to treatment and discharge. +
- Relationship-Building:
- Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.
- Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications:
- + Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) -accredited school of occupational therapy + CPR certification + Valid driver's license
- Preferred Qualifications:
- + At least two years of experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic + Minimum two years in adult rehabilitation; hand and splinting experience preferred
