Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver exceptional patient care within a hospital setting. The ideal candidate is passionate about restoring mobility, alleviating pain, and enhancing patients' quality of life through personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions to develop individualized treatment strategies aligned with their recovery objectives. Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions focused on pain relief, functional restoration, and mobility improvement. Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care. Educate patients and their families on exercises, techniques, and lifestyle modifications to promote ongoing wellness and injury prevention. Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of treatment progress, goals, and outcomes in compliance with clinical standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Current Physical Therapy license and registration. CPR certification. Minimum of two years' experience working as a Physical Therapist in a hospital environment.

Shift & Schedule:

Day shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30
