What You'll Be Doing Providing chiropractic and/or physical therapy care rooted in thorough assessment and individualized treatment Utilizing a versatile, hands-on approach — soft tissue work, manipulation, mobilization, and more Delivering exercise-based rehab and functional movement work using our private gym Collaborating with our team to build integrated care plans for each client Contributing to a culture of clinical excellence, genuine care, and high standards What We're Looking For Licensed Chiropractor (DC) or Physical Therapist (PT/DPT) in good standing in Oklahoma Versatile and well-rounded in treatment approach — soft tissue, manipulation, and rehab Strong foundation in exercise rehabilitation and functional movement Dry needling certification preferred — or a willingness to pursue it Someone who genuinely loves working with people and takes pride in patient outcomes A team player who communicates well and contributes to a collaborative environment Self-motivated, coachable, and aligned with a self-pay, relationship-based model of care The Role This is a part-time position to start, with a clear path to full-time as your client base grows — completely on your terms. Compensation is base pay plus commission, structured to be competitive and reward your growth. This is a real opportunity to build something.
