Job Description

This role will have you working collaboratively within an established
PT/OT/ST
team, allowing you to gain invaluable exposure to both inpatient and outpatient therapy practices. You'll treat a diverse patient population presenting with neurological, orthopedic diagnoses, and potentially wound care, expanding your repertoire of clinical experiences. The opportunity to float between settings means you will develop adaptability and problem-solving skills—key traits for future healthcare leadership. Schedule:
Five 8-hour day shifts weekly (36 guaranteed hours) 4 days of 9-10 hour shifts may be arranged if needed Call requirements as needed
Qualifications:
Active license as a Physical Therapist At least 1 year of relevant experience required Comfortable treating both inpatient and outpatient populations, including neuro, ortho, and wound care diagnoses Willingness to float between departments if required Experience with
EPIC EMR
preferred
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough evaluations in both inpatient and outpatient settings Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Communicate effectively within the therapy team and with patients Maintain accurate documentation
