We're hiring an experienced Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary outpatient team in Tulsa. Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required. We provide trained interpreter support. What We're Looking For ✅ DPT or PT degree from an accredited program ✅ Oklahoma PT license or eligibility to obtain ✅ Someone with 3+ years of experience in pediatrics who is willing and eager to take on students and supervise PTAs. ✅ Passion for working with children and families ✅ Mission-driven approach to care What You'll Do ✔️ Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients ✔️ Provide skilled intervention to improve strength, mobility, motor development, and functional independence ✔️ Document services in our easy-to-use EMR to meet clinical standards and payer requirements ✔️ Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and other team members to provide coordinated, family-centered care ✔️ Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Physical Therapy students What We Offer $74,000 - $86,000 / year based on schedule and experience with up to $8,000 signing bonus available for candidates not participating in SIP.
