9601126-73099 Job Description Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity providing physical therapy services within a school-based setting near Yukon, OK. Make a meaningful impact supporting students across K-12 as part of a dynamic and collaborative special education team. This full-time role offers 35 hours per week in an itinerant capacity, allowing you to engage with a diverse caseload and multiple school environments. The assignment spans the academic year, beginning August 12, 2026, and concluding June 18, 2027. Your primary focus will be helping students achieve improved mobility, independence, and access to educational opportunities. Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers to promote student progress and success.

Requirements:

Current and valid Oklahoma Physical Therapist (OK PT) License Experience or interest in delivering physical therapy services within a school environment Capacity to serve students across all grade levels, from kindergarten through high school Strong organizational skills and adaptability to manage an itinerant schedule Excellent communication abilities for effective collaboration with interdisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:
