Heal Better Cryotherapy is looking for an experienced Physical Therapist to build and grow PT services within our established wellness and recovery center in Eugene. This is a W-2 employee position offering exceptional flexibility, clinical autonomy, and growth potential. We are initially looking for 8-20 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase hours as your caseload grows. This position is best suited for an experienced PT who is comfortable independently evaluating and treating a broad range of patients. This is not an entry-level or new-graduate position.

You determine how much time your patients need based on your clinical judgment and treatment style. Prefer 45- or 60-minute one-on-one appointments? Structure your schedule that way. We are not a high-volume clinic that requires therapists to rush through appointments, manage multiple patients at once, or meet aggressive productivity quotas. Private-practice-style autonomy without private-practice overhead. We provide the facility, scheduling infrastructure, marketing support, and an existing client base. You can focus on patient care and building your caseload without the expense and administrative burden of opening your own clinic. W-2 employment with entrepreneurial upside. Receive guaranteed employee compensation while having the opportunity to increase your earnings as you build your caseload. Premium recovery technology for your patients. Our clinic provides access to advanced recovery modalities, including localized cryotherapy and professional pneumatic compression therapy, which can complement physical therapy by helping address pain, inflammation, circulation, and recovery when clinically appropriate. Help shape the PT program. We are not asking you to step into a rigid corporate PT model. We want an experienced clinician who can bring their own expertise and ideas and help shape our PT program. As demand grows, there is potential for additional hours, full-time employment, and eventually a Lead Physical Therapist role as we add additional PTs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Current Oregon Physical Therapist license in good standing, or ability to obtain Oregon licensure prior to starting Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist; 5+ years strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to independently evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and provide treatment without routine clinical supervision Experience treating a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions, injuries, mobility limitations, chronic pain concerns, and recovery needs Strong clinical judgment and ability to recognize when a patient requires referral or care outside your scope Strong communication, documentation, and patient-education skills Commitment to individualized, patient-centered care Experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy, chronic pain, rehabilitation, or a related setting is especially valuable. This is not an entry-level position . Because of the independence and clinical autonomy this role provides, we're looking for an experienced PT who is confident managing a diverse caseload without significant clinical mentorship or supervision.
