Responsibilities Perform comprehensive pelvic health and musculoskeletal evaluations for diverse adult populations Develop and implement individualized evidence-based treatment plans for pelvic floor dysfunction, pain, and incontinence Provide pre- and postnatal, post-surgical, and post-oncologic pelvic rehabilitation Educate patients on home exercise programs, behavioral strategies, and self-management techniques Document assessments, goals, and progress accurately in the EMR according to payer and facility standards Collaborate with physicians, midwives, urologists, OB/GYNs, and other allied health professionals Maintain high standards of clinical quality, safety, and ethical practice aligned with Jackson Therapy Partners' values Participate in ongoing professional development and pelvic health continuing education Adapt effectively to varied clinical settings (outpatient, hospital, specialty clinics) and patient populations Communicate proactively with recruiters and facility contacts to optimize assignment fit and outcomes Required Skills Pelvic health evaluation and treatment Pelvic floor muscle assessment (internal and external) Orthopedic and musculoskeletal assessment Manual therapy and myofascial techniques Behavioral and lifestyle interventions for pelvic dysfunction Development of individualized exercise programs EMR documentation and clinical reasoning Patient education and motivational interviewing Pain science and chronic pelvic pain management Interdisciplinary collaboration and care coordination
