Physical Therapist 10k Bonus $50-$65 Hour

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in both outpatient and inpatient settings, focusing on rehabilitation and recovery. This role involves developing individualized care plans, conducting assessments, and implementing effective therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' mobility and overall well-being. Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments. Provide outpatient therapy services, including trigger point therapy and other specialized techniques. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and their families about exercises, care plans, and recovery strategies. Participate in discharge planning to facilitate smooth transitions for patients. Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments, progress notes, and outcomes. Stay updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy practices. Requirements Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to physical therapy. Experience in outpatient settings is preferred; experience with pediatrics or geriatrics is a plus. Familiarity with discharge planning processes and patient care protocols. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
