What You Will Do As a Physical Therapist at 360 Sports Medicine & Spine Therapy, you will: Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations and re-evaluations Assess mobility, strength, movement quality, functional limitations, and patient goals Develop individualized and goal-focused plans of care Provide high-quality outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapy Use manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, movement retraining, and patient education when clinically appropriate Progress treatment plans based on clinical findings, patient response, and measurable functional improvement Help patients improve mobility, strength, movement confidence, physical function, and overall quality of life Educate patients about their condition, recovery process, home programming, and long-term movement health Guide patients through progressive rehabilitation toward work, recreation, exercise, and everyday activities Complete accurate and timely evaluations, progress notes, and clinical documentation Communicate clearly with patients, teammates, referral partners, and other healthcare professionals Collaborate with the clinical team to provide a consistent, high-quality patient experience Contribute to a positive, professional, and growth-focused clinic culture Build Stronger Orthopedic and Manual Therapy Skills This position gives you the opportunity to continue developing as a Physical Therapist while providing individualized patient care.
